Turning into an E&I technician for freshmen

Job Description

Primary Task: To ensure the dependable and secure operation of all machinery and procedures by carrying out routine maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair on industrial control systems, electrical power systems, and instrumentation within our Chennai manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

To find possible problems, wear and tear, or deviations, do routine inspections on E&I equipment.

To help with troubleshooting, interpret wiring diagrams, P&IDs, control loop diagrams, and electrical schematics.

Verify that every instrument gives precise readings and complies with calibration requirements.

Follow safety regulations and standards when performing wiring, conduit installation, cable pulling, and terminations.

Replace malfunctioning HMI touchscreens, I/O cards, and PLC modules.

Required Abilities:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.

Competent in using various electrical and instrumentation test equipment.

Basic understanding of PLC logic and HMI systems for troubleshooting.

Role: E&I Technician

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
