Roles and Responsibilities:

As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role will enhance your machining skills, develop your understanding of CNC programming and tooling, and provide you with opportunities to work on complex projects. You will learn to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all machining operations.

Skills:

strong familiarity with the setup and operation of VMC machines.

the capacity to understand and comprehend engineering specifications and drawings.

proficiency with measuring instruments, such as micrometres and callipers.

understanding on how to choose and use tools.

knowledge of basic to intermediate G-code programming.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
