Job Description

Responsibilities

Documentation: Manage HR paperwork, filing, and record keeping.

Recruitment: Help find candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct initial screenings.

Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee information in the HR system.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit procedures.

Employee Engagement: Coordinate company events and activities.

Role: Admin Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs

Qualification: Any Basic degree or MBA

Salary: From 25K per month

Location: Chennai
