Job Description

Responsibilities:

Verify the correctness and timeliness of the entire payroll process for each employee individually.

If there are any questions or inspections pertaining to payroll, coordinate with government authorities and statutory auditors.

Respond to employee questions about pay, taxes, deductions, leave balances, and other payroll-related issues in a timely and courteous manner.

Assure accurate payroll-related record keeping and documentation.

Keep abreast of any updates to Indian tax legislation, payroll best practices, and labour laws.

Skills:

Outstanding focus on details and a high degree of precision in data entry and computations.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to find and fix payroll irregularities.

the capacity to function both independently and as a trustworthy team player.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
