Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Oversee the entire inventory within the manufacturing facility, including raw materials, components, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Implement and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or other inventory management systems.

Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory levels.

Supervise the receiving, storage, and issuance of materials to the production floor.

Ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the production process.

Skills:

Strong experience in inventory control and management principles.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and inventory management software

Knowledge of warehouse layout, storage methods, and material handling equipment

Excellent leadership, supervisory, and team management skills

Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues and implement corrective actions

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech

Location: In and Around Chennai
