Job Description
Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Recruitment & Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
Training & Development: Oversee employee training and development programs, including onboarding, skills training, and career development initiatives.
HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
Role: HR Manager
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location: In and Around Chennai
