Shift: Day (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate important details, production status, and any outstanding issues during shift handovers.

Give employees guidance and on-the-job training to improve their abilities and output.

To address quality concerns and carry out remedial measures, cooperate with the Quality Control division.

Take part in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures, quality concerns, and production challenges.

Participate in investigations and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses as soon as possible.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
