As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our organization. Your ability to identify and attract skilled professionals will be instrumental in driving our growth and success.

Requirements:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop and update job descriptions and specifications based on hiring manager requirements.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Skills:

Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and best practices.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Sourcing & Screening: Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels and conducting effective candidate screening interviews.

Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
