Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement best practices in the Chennai facility.

Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for deviations.

Skills
Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
