Responsibilities:

Oversee and plan the work of production workers and assistants on a certain Chennai production line or shift.

Make ensuring that production goals, timelines, and quality standards are followed.

To increase efficiency, keep an eye on production procedures, spot any problems, and remove any bottlenecks.

Work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) should be followed and enforced.

Promote a safe workplace by making sure that all safety rules and corporate policies are followed.

Members of the production team should get instruction and guidance on quality standards, safety protocols, and equipment usage.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 3+ yrs
