Job Description

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Salary: Based on Previous Experience

Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile

What You will do:

Lead and Manage Production: During your designated shift, you will oversee and manage all production-related tasks, making sure that manufacturing objectives concerning output, timeliness, and quality are continuously fulfilled.

Drive Efficiency and Quality: To cut waste, speed up cycle times, and enhance workflow, you will continuously monitor production processes, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and apply Lean and 5S approaches.

Assure Safety and Compliance: To maintain a zero-accident culture and regulatory compliance, you will strictly enforce all corporate safety protocols, carry out frequent safety audits, and look into problems right away.

Develop and Coach Team: In order to create a highly motivated and competent team, you will oversee, train, and guide production staff while managing performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and skill development.
