Lead Quality Operations as QA Incharge 

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Inspection Reporting

   - Ensure inspections of parts and products are accurately reported in M3.

2. Compliance with Standards

   - Maintain processes and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 systems.

3. Quality Assurance System

   - Set up and maintain an effective Quality Assurance System.

4. Troubleshooting

   - Troubleshoot problems in the machine shop and at supplier locations as needed.

5. Instrument Availability

   - Ensure all gauges and measuring instruments in the Quality Department and machine shop are available and in good condition.

6. Training & Coaching

   - Train and coach quality operators to develop necessary skills and capabilities to meet organizational goals.

7. Productivity Improvements

   - Contribute to process and productivity improvements to achieve PK reductions.

8. Business Code Compliance

   - Ensure strict adherence to the Business Code of Practice.

9. R&D Contribution

   - Collaborate with the R&D team to contribute to new product development.

10. Supplier Visits

    - Conduct inspections, audits, and address quality issues at machining suppliers as required.

Role: QA Incharge

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/ BE in EEE

Salary: Negotiable based on Previous Experience
