Do your utmost to address clients' issues and respond to their enquiries. 

Remain cheerful and handle consumer problems in a composed manner. 

Create new accounts for customers. 

Refer concerns and enquiries to supervisors as required.

Qualification: 10th, 12th or Any Basic Degree
