Monitoring accounts: 

Keeping track of customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities

Generating invoices: Creating and sending out invoices

Reconciling accounts: Performing account reconciliations

Collecting payments: Following up on, collecting, and allocating payments

Resolving issues: Investigating and resolving customer queries and discrepancies in payment records

Communicating with customers: Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and obtain necessary documents

Reporting: Generating and reconciling customer accounts receivable reports

Analyzing data: Analyzing customer accounts receivable data to identify collection issues

Meeting goals: Meeting or exceeding monthly collections goals
Key Skills:

Must have good knowledge in Denials, Follow Up, Cash Posting and Appeals

Good Oral and Written Communication in English
Good Analytics Skills
