Job Description

To join our team, we are looking for a CNC Programmer with a lot of drive and expertise. You will be instrumental in increasing production quality and efficiency as a CNC programmer by converting engineering designs into executable code for our CNC machines.

What you will do:

Utilise CAD/CAM software to create and optimise CNC programs by analysing engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Convert intricate designs into G-code or other programming languages for CNC devices, such as routers, lathes, and mills.

Choose the right feeds, speeds, and cutting tools for the best machining results.

Perform comprehensive testing and analysis to guarantee the precision and calibre of CNC programs.

What we need:

thorough understanding of CNC programming languages (such as G-code and M-code) and how they are used.

Knowledge of CAD/CAM software programs

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities to recognise and fix machining and programming problems.

meticulous precision and attention to detail in every facet of CNC programming and machine configuration.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
