Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs 

Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and provide on-site service for machinery and equipment at customer locations.

Conduct equipment startups and customer training.

Perform warranty service and repairs.

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Answer customer inquiries regarding equipment operation and maintenance.

Skills:

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.

Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Customer Service: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
