Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of production workers.

Resolve day-to-day employee issues and concerns.

Ensure employee adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Plan and schedule production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Monitor production progress and address any delays or bottlenecks.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Analyze rejection data and implement corrective actions.

Role: Production Supervisor

Experience: 4 to 8 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech 

Location: In and Around Chennai
