Job Description

Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines (milling machines, lathes, etc.) according to job specifications, including loading programs, selecting and installing appropriate tooling (cutters, inserts, fixtures), and setting precise work offsets

Inspect first-run parts to verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM).

Troubleshoot setup issues and resolve any problems that may arise during the setup process.

Diagnose and correct machine malfunctions and tooling issues.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

Location: In and Around Chennai
