Responsibilities:

Maximise uptime, efficiency, and yield by tracking, evaluating, and optimising the operation of vital production lines, machinery, and manufacturing equipment.

Assess current equipment capabilities and suggest replacements, alterations, or upgrades to enhance effectiveness, quality, and economy.

Achieve safety regulations, performance criteria, and production needs for new equipment installations.

Serve as an authority on a particular piece of machinery or line of work.

Take part in risk assessments, equipment safety audits, and incident investigations.

Strong leadership potential and ability to influence technical teams.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
