Focus: In order to ensure high precision and quality in component manufacture, place a strong emphasis on having experience configuring, programming, running, and troubleshooting milling machines especially CNC. Emphasise teamwork, tooling expertise, and process optimisation in a Chennai manufacturing setting.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you will Do:

To create toolpaths, model machining operations, and enhance programs for effectiveness and quality, use CAD/CAM software.

Use and improve machining techniques to attain the required material removal rates, dimensional accuracy, and surface finishes.

To ensure consistency, carry out in-process quality checks and modify machine settings as needed.

Examine and fix problems with the milling machine's electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Ensure that cutting tools are available and maintained properly by managing and optimising the tooling inventory.

Preserve a tidy, orderly, and secure workplace.
