Payroll Executive Jobs Start off Your HR Career
Job Description
Primary Task: To efficiently oversee and carry out a range of HR tasks from our Chennai office, such as hiring, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance, while maintaining a productive workplace and supporting the organization's overarching strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Compile, validate, and process monthly payroll information, such as new hire/exit adjustments, incentives, bonuses, overtime, leave, and attendance.
Determine the required contributions and make sure they are deposited on schedule.
Create paystubs, Form 16, and other payroll-related documents, then send them to staff members.
Explain the compensation structure and calculations to employees in a clear and precise manner.
Produce different payroll reports for management's consideration.
Required Abilities:
Certification in Payroll Management or related fields.
Experience in a shared services or BPO environment handling large payroll volumes.
Knowledge of different salary structures and compensation models.
