Attempting adept and Experienced CNC Programmers

Job Description

Primary Task: To design, develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations (milling, turning, grinding, etc.) on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, ensuring the production of high-quality, precise components efficiently and safely within our manufacturing facility in Chennai.

Responsibilities

Choose the best cutting tools, work-holding techniques, machining sequences, and machining procedures for creating parts.

Debug and troubleshoot current CNC programs to fix machining problems, cut down on scrap, and increase process dependability overall.

During production runs, offer operators technical assistance and direction to address any problems relating to programming or machining.

Participate in the development and improvement of fixtures and jigs for precise and effective part machining.

Respect every requirement of the quality management system.

Required Abilities:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
