Key Responsibilities:

Establish the best work-holding techniques, cutting instruments, machining sequences, and machining procedures for part production.

In order to fix machining problems, cut down on scrap, and increase process reliability overall, troubleshoot and debug current CNC programs.

For any programming or machining-related problems that arise during production runs, give operators technical advice and assistance.

Design and optimise fixtures and jigs to ensure precise and effective part machining.

Follow the guidelines set forth by the quality management system.
