Job Description
Responsibilities
This role involves a wide range of HR responsibilities that contribute to maintaining smooth and effective HR operations. Here’s an overview of the duties:
- Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, shifts, and leave, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- HR Documentation: Generate all necessary HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other official communications.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Background Verification: Conduct background verification (BGV) for employees and candidates, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
- HRMS & Payroll Induction: Conduct induction sessions on HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and payroll systems, ensuring employees are well-versed with the tools.
- Probation Management: Oversee the employee probation management process, ensuring timely evaluations and confirmations.
- Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Manage the PIP cycle for employees, working with managers to address performance issues and provide support where needed.
- Employee Database Management: Manage and update the employee database, Personal Record Files, and ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards.
- Exit Management: Handle the employee exit management process, ensuring all necessary steps are followed, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process as needed, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support HR Activities: Assist with other HR department activities as required, providing support to ensure the efficient functioning of HR operations.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously. It plays a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with HR policies.
