Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure that all client leads are followed up after placing orders, providing exceptional after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction. You will actively seek and gather true feedback from clients, manage the service process from the time of order to the collection of payment, and resolve any queries or questions they may have. Additionally, you will provide support and information about company products or services, act as a point of contact for complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Understanding and solving client queries efficiently will be a key aspect of this role.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 18K per month

Location: Chennai
