Responsibilities

Process Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of at least one paint shop process line, such as topcoat, bumper paint, sealing, or pre-treatment.

Finding and fixing quality problems within the designated process line is the goal of quality assurance.

Equipment Maintenance: Recognise how paint shop equipment works and has to be maintained.

Process Improvement: To maximise paint shop procedures, participate in initiatives for continuous improvement.

Technical Analysis: For design and analysis, use CAD software such as Catia, NX, or AutoCAD.

Simulation: To improve paint shop procedures, use simulation tools like Process Simulate and Space Vision.

Regulatory Compliance: Verify adherence to pertinent environmental, safety, and quality standards.

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Location: In and Around Chennai

No of Vacancies: 6

Salary: from 14K to 18K per month
