Responsibilities
• Answering emails and chat requests from customers.
• Respond to consumer concerns and complaints promptly and expertly.
• Use appropriate techniques and resources to deliver information that is true, valid, and comprehensive.
• Establish trust and enduring connections with customer accounts by communicating honestly and actively.
• Maintain a record of all communications, transactions, remarks, and grievances from clients.
• Educate clients on the company's guidelines, offerings, and goods.
• Adhere to policies, norms, and procedures for communication.
• Go above and above to interact with customers.

Customer communication: Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms.
Problem resolution: Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Information accuracy: Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Relationship building: Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Record keeping: Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
