Qualification: Diploma/BE in mech

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Production supervision: Keep an eye on day-to-day activities in the paint shop to guarantee effective output and high standards of quality.

Team Management: Oversee and direct a group of operators and technicians.

Maintenance Scheduling: Create and carry out preventative maintenance schedules for paint shop machinery.

Inventory management: Keep an eye on stock levels and make sure materials are purchased on time.

Quality Control: Verify that requirements and standards are being followed.

Enforce safety laws and encourage a secure workplace to ensure safety compliance.

Skills:

Technical Knowledge: Excellent comprehension of paint shop procedures, tools, and supplies.

Leadership Skills: The capacity to inspire and guide a group of people.
