Job Description

Primary Task: In order to guarantee excellent surface finishes, effective paint application, cost management, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and general operational excellence, we must design, oversee, and continuously optimise the whole paint shop production process within our Chennai manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the paint shop's daily production activities, making sure that safety procedures, quality standards, and production timelines are followed.

Make sure internal quality management systems are followed by every paint shop operation.

Oversee the paint inventory, making sure it is handled, rotated, and stored properly.

For reliable application and material efficiency, optimise the robotic paint pathways and settings.

Perform routine risk assessments and safety audits for paint shop operations.

Required Abilities:

Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Experience with paint shop automation and robotics programming.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
