This crucial position provides excellent chances to lead Lean Six Sigma projects, establish a culture of quality in all departments, and deploy top-notch quality management systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating, implementing, and maintaining a strong Quality Management System (QMS) that satisfies client demands and industry standards will be your sole responsibility as the Quality Manager in our Chennai manufacturing facility. You will oversee all quality control and assurance operations, lead and coach a group of quality professionals, promote continuous improvement projects, and guarantee regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude to problem-solving are essential for this position, which makes you a crucial strategic partner in reaching operational excellence and market leadership.

Skills:

proficiency with software for statistical analysis.

It is advantageous to have prior experience with ERP and QMS software.

Outstanding mentorship, team-building, and leadership abilities.

Experience: 6+ yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
