Leading and overseeing the facility's overall Quality Management System (QMS) will fall within your purview. Making sure that every product satisfies strict quality standards, client expectations, and legal requirements is part of this crucial responsibility. In addition to managing quality assurance and control procedures and spearheading initiatives to improve product dependability, lower faults, and guarantee customer satisfaction, you will cultivate a culture of continuous development. Strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of quality methodologies, and outstanding English and Tamil communication skills are all requirements for the ideal applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

Assure continued adherence to industry rules, legal requirements, and QMS specifications.

Create and implement the organization's quality vision, policies, and goals while coordinating them with the overarching business objectives.

Encourage the use of statistical techniques for process monitoring and improvement, such as statistical process control.

Oversee, guide, and lead a group of technicians, supervisors, quality engineers, and inspectors.

Make use of high-quality, cutting-edge tools and approaches to solve problems.

What you Need:

Proficiency in statistical analysis software.

Experience with QMS software and ERP systems is a plus.

Exceptional leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
