Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

New equipment must be installed, configured, and put into service at customer locations.

Make sure the system is functioning properly by testing it.

Recognise and fix equipment issues.

Carry out preventative maintenance inspections and fixes.

Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate enduring relationships with your clients.

Skills:

strong knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or electrical systems, depending on the particular equipment being maintained.

the capacity to comprehend and analyse technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.

outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

the capacity to succinctly and clearly convey technical information to clients.
