What you will Do:

Set up and keep an eye on the Maintenance Department's key performance indicators (KPIs).

To prioritise, monitor, and conclude maintenance jobs, put in place effective work order management systems.

Encourage the maintenance staff to have a proactive, problem-solving, and safety-conscious culture.

Assure effective acquisition of vital components and spare parts while keeping ideal stock levels to avoid manufacturing delays.

Encourage sustainable maintenance techniques and energy-saving projects.

What you need:

Experience working in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and accountability.
