To oversee and maximise our manufacturing operations in Chennai, we are looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and results-oriented Production Manager. You will be in charge of managing the entire manufacturing process, including team management, quality assurance, efficiency enhancement, and planning and execution. A thorough understanding of lean principles, a wealth of manufacturing management expertise, and a track record of achieving high production goals and promoting operational excellence are all necessary for this crucial leadership position.

Responsibilities

Create and carry out thorough production plans and strategies that satisfy market demands, sales projections, and business objectives.

Oversee the integration of automation, new technology, and production procedures to increase productivity and capacity.

A high-achieving production team of operators, engineers, and production supervisors should be led, mentored, and developed.

Oversee the scheduling of production machinery maintenance to reduce downtime and increase asset longevity.

Adopt and keep an eye on environmental sustainability procedures in manufacturing processes.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
