Job Description
Focus: Focus on the fundamental abilities of finding, vetting, interviewing, and luring top people, particularly in the Chennai employment market, and being aware of the local talent pool and business environment.

What you’ll Do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different departments within our Chennai operations, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn, Naukri), employee referrals, and local job fairs in Chennai.
Partner with hiring managers in Chennai to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on the job requirements and cultural fit for our Chennai teams.
Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, tailoring questions to the local context where appropriate.
What you need:
Familiarity with online job boards, social media recruitment, and professional networking platforms relevant to the Chennai market (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations in Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
