Responsibilities:

For paint shop equipment, identify and fix complicated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.

Optimise cycle times for paint application and curing procedures and help with line balancing.

Determine the essential replacement components for paint shop equipment, manage inventory levels, and work with procurement to ensure prompt delivery.

Keep up with the required licenses and certificates for operating a paint shop.

Technicians should receive instruction and direction on new tools and techniques.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 3+ yrs
