Seeking candidates for Paintshop Quality Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

To make sure that specifications are being followed, keep an eye on important process parameters.

Determine the origin of paint flaws by doing a comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) with quality tools.

Ensure that the paint shop strictly complies with safety and environmental regulations.

Conduct pilot tests and initial clearances for new paint shop items or process modifications.

Verify incoming materials and give supplier performance feedback.

Skills
Expertise in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, and 8D problem-solving.

Excellent analytical, statistical, and root cause analysis skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
