Responsibilities

- Regularly assess infrastructure, equipment, and facilities to determine what requires maintenance.

- Create and execute maintenance plans and protocols to reduce unavailability.

- Manage and carry out facility, infrastructure, and equipment replacement, maintenance, and repairs.

- Oversee and manage contractors and maintenance personnel

- Verify adherence to industry standards and safety legislation.

- Work together with other departments to provide efficient coordination and communication.

- Create and oversee reports, budgets, and other paperwork.

- Keep abreast with market trends and best practices.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineer

Salary: from 15K per month
