evaluating credentials, abilities, and cultural fit through in-depth candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
attracting and sourcing quality individuals through the use of a variety of recruitment channels, such as social media, networking events, online job boards, and recruitment agencies.
Skills:
Recruitment process management: End-to-end management of the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
Job description and selection criteria development: Collaboration with hiring managers to create tailored job descriptions and selection criteria.
Candidate screening and assessment: Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
Recruitment channel utilization: Effective use of online job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
External partner relationship building: Building and maintaining relationships with universities, technical schools, and industry associations.
Hiring manager guidance: Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
