Responsibilities

Create and put into action efficient recruitment tactics.

Oversee job posts on the company's career website as well as on other employment boards.

Identify prospects using a variety of methods

Examine applications and resumes to determine who is qualified.

Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings.

Work with hiring managers to arrange and schedule interviews.

Conduct and analyze pre-employment exams.

Throughout the hiring process, stay in touch with the candidates.

As soon as possible, provide applicants updates and feedback.

Create and keep a talent pool in case you need to hire in the future.

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 18K per month
