Job Description
Responsibilities
Participate in hiring procedures, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
Assist in organizing the paperwork and orientation sessions associated with the onboarding of new employees.
Keep track of employee records and make sure all paperwork is correct and up to date.
Respond to questions from staff members about HR-related matters, including payroll, benefits, and policies.
Help in planning workplace events and activities aimed at fostering employee engagement.
Organize office supplies and make sure the stock is kept up to date.
When necessary, offer the HR Manager and other departments administrative support.
Create and disseminate internal messages about upgrades, events, and corporate policies.
Help set up appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.
Carry out routine office tasks including data entry, photocopying, and filing.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 15K per month
