Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the whole hiring process, from sourcing to offer and onboarding, for a variety of positions in several areas across our Chennai operations.

Create and execute efficient sourcing plans across a variety of platforms, including as social media, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn and Naukri), online job boards, employee recommendations, and regional Chennai job fairs.

In order to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, collaborate with hiring managers in Chennai to comprehend their hiring needs, job criteria, and team dynamics.

Using the job requirements and cultural fit for our Chennai teams, we screen applications and resumes to find appropriate people.

To evaluate a candidate's abilities, background, and cultural fit, do preliminary phone screenings and in-person interviews. When necessary, modify the questions to reflect the local context.

Skills:

knowledge of social media hiring, online job boards, and professional networking sites that are pertinent to the Chennai market (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).

Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience.

familiarity with Tamil Nadu and Chennai's local employment rules and regulations.

the capacity to operate autonomously and oversee several hiring tasks at once in a hectic setting.
