Responsibilities

Create and put into action successful hiring strategies.

Organize job posts on the company's career website and on several employment boards.

Find prospects using a variety of methods

Examine applications and resumes to find suitable applicants.

Perform preliminary interviews and phone screenings.

Organize and plan the interview process with the hiring managers.

Conduct pre-employment exams and examine the results.

Communicate with candidates at every stage of the hiring procedure.

Candidates should receive updates and comments from you promptly.

Create and preserve a talent pool in case future recruiting is required.
