What you’ll Do:

For 2D tool component draughting and 3D modelling, use CAD software.

Verify that every machined part satisfies the exacting tolerances and surface polish specifications provided in the engineering drawings.

Perform precise tooling repairs, alterations, and refurbishments, including component replacement, grinding, polishing, and welding.

Assemble intricate dies, tools, and moulds, making sure that every part works and is precisely aligned.

Using the 5S principles, keep your workplace tidy, orderly, and secure.

What you need:

In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and its practical application.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.

Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and their impact on tooling
