Documentation: Prepares MRM documentation for process quality and presents it effectively during review meetings.

Customer Metrics: Acquires and analyzes customer quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Continuous Improvement: Participates in Kaizen events, Six Sigma, and deflation workshops.

Professional Development: Continuously improves technical knowledge through training and workshops.

Team Development: Evaluates and develops subordinates by identifying improvement areas and implementing development plans.

Team Contribution: Contributes to team efforts and achieves team goals.

Education: Any Engineering Degree

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4 to 6 yrs
