Responsibilities

In this role, you will source and identify prospective candidates using various job portals, databases, and social media platforms. You'll conduct confidential interviews, follow up on references, and check candidate credits to ensure suitability. Responsibilities include preparing recruitment materials, posting jobs on appropriate platforms, and screening resumes and applications. You'll use reliable recruiting tools and methods to conduct interviews and assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and aptitudes. Additionally, you'll present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries, onboard new employees for smooth integration, and monitor HR recruiting best practices. Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process is also key to this role.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 18K per month
