QA Manager Lead the Quality Control Team

Job Description

Responsibilities

Recognise client demands and specifications to create efficient quality control procedures.

Create and evaluate product or process specs

Establish specifications for suppliers' raw materials or intermediate goods and keep an eye on their adherence.

Assure compliance with legal requirements and health and safety regulations.

Oversee technicians, inspectors, and other employees and offer direction and criticism.

Monitor every step of the product development process to spot any deviations from quality standards. 

Examine the finished product and compare its attributes to the specifications.

Skills:

Quality Management: Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education: Any Engineering Degree

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6 to 8 yrs
