Job Description

Primary Task: To maintain and optimize the performance of all equipment within the paintshop, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent, high-quality paint application.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all paintshop equipment, including spray booths, ovens, conveyors, and robotic systems.

Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes of problems.

Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for optimization.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.

Required Abilities:

Strong knowledge of paint application equipment and processes.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Role: Paintshop Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
