Urgent Requirement in Dispatch Executive
Job Description:
The injection molding facility's "Logistics Conductor" is the dispatch executive. Your main responsibility is to make sure that completed plastic parts, from big automotive housings to microscopic precision bits, are precisely packed, recorded, and delivered to clients on schedule. As the "Final Link" in the supply chain, you facilitate communication between the warehouse, the factory floor, and outside transportation companies. The ideal applicant is a professional who is well-organized, has a keen eye for inventory accuracy, and is dedicated to making sure that every shipment satisfies quality packaging requirements and customer delivery schedules.
Key Duties:
Shipment Planning: Determine daily and weekly dispatch schedules according to production availability and Sales Order (SO) priority.
Inventory Verification: Make sure "Ready-to-Dispatch" numbers are correct by physically comparing stock levels to the ERP/System data.
packaging Standards: Supervise the packaging crew to make sure plastic components are shielded from warping or scratching using the appropriate containers, bubble wrap, or corrugated boxes in accordance with client specifications.
Documentation Management: Create and validate all commercial and legal shipping papers, such as E-Way bills, tax invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
Transporter Coordination: Work with local transporters and freight forwarders to schedule vehicles, negotiate basic spot rates, and monitor the arrival and departure timings of vehicles.
Oversee the secure loading of cargo into trucks, making sure that pallets are securely fastened to avoid damage during transit.
