Job Description

To supervise and manage every aspect of your designated shift, we are looking for a driven and seasoned shift incharge. You will be in charge of making sure that everything runs well, that workers are productive, and that safety and quality requirements are followed.

What you will do:

Supervise and guide a team of employees during your shift.  

Monitor production processes and ensure targets are met.

Address any operational issues that arise during the shift.  

Maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.  

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What we need:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.  

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role: Shift Incharge

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma or BE in EEE

Location: In and Around Chennai

No of Vacancies: 6

Salary: from 25K per month
